un•filtered

not made for the norm. made for what works.

WHAT IS un•filtered?

UN•FILTERED is a space for humans who don’t fit neatly into the mold — the high achievers running on empty, the neurodivergent professionals tired of squeezing into rigid systems, and anyone who’s felt that “work” and “life” were built for someone else.

UN•FILTERED offers practical, human-first education and support — designed to help you understand how neurodivergent brains work, build sustainable systems, and work in ways that make sense for everyone.

Here, we cut through the noise. We question outdated norms, centre real human needs, and design systems that are clearer, kinder and more sustainable.

Not made for the norm. Made for what works.

WORK WITH ME *

  • An 8-session, nervous-system-led program for neurodivergent brains.

Living with ADHD (or a sensitive, fast, burnout-prone brain) can feel like riding a rollercoaster you didn’t sign up for. Hyperfocus, shutdown, urgency, avoidance — on repeat. You’re living in a constant state of stress and overwhelm, not because you’re failing, but because most systems weren’t designed for brains like yours.

Regulation Rewired helps you understand what’s happening in your body, learn simple ways to calm your nervous system through regulation, and shift the patterns keeping you stuck. Together, we build practical tools to support steadiness, clarity, and flow — on your terms. Full session outline here.

This work focuses on understanding your capacity, meeting your basic human needs, and creating systems that support your brain instead of fighting it — with a strong emphasis on doing LESS not more.

This isn’t therapy or motivational coaching. It’s practical, human-first education grounded in lived experience.

Offered 1:1 and in small groups.

    $150 / 60-minute session · 8 sessions total

  • Education, support, and systems for neuro-inclusive workplaces.

Supporting neurodivergent employees isn’t about special treatment — it’s about understanding how people work best and designing systems that support real humans.

When organizations build with neurodivergent brains in mind, work becomes clearer, more flexible, and more sustainable for everyone. Neuro-inclusive systems don’t just support those at the margins — they improve performance, engagement, and retention across the board.

I help organizations create neuro-inclusive workplaces through education, human-centred support, and practical systems that reduce friction, prevent burnout, and make work actually work.

Grounded in 12+ years of leadership experience and lived neurodivergent insight — my approach is practical, thoughtful, and focused on what truly helps.

    How this shows up:

    (1) AWARENESS & EDUCATION

Workshops and talks that build shared language around neurodiversity, reduce stigma, and strengthen psychological safety — helping teams understand why people work differently and how to support one another more effectively.

    (2) HUMAN-CENTRED SUPPORT

Structured programs or ad-hoc support for neurodivergent employees, focused on understanding how their brains work, regulating under pressure, untangling unclear feedback or processes, navigating work challenges or recovering from or preventing burnout (including during or after stress leave).

This kind of support helps organizations retain experienced talent instead of losing them to exhaustion, disengagement, or avoidable turnover.

    (3) PROCESS & SYSTEM DESIGN

Neuro-inclusive workflows and tools designed to reduce cognitive load and decision fatigue, including:

    • Workflow simplification

    • Onboarding and training documentation

    • Custom tools and templates (project trackers, playbooks, optional AI integrations)

Systems designed for neurodivergent brains are clearer, more flexible, and easier to use — which benefits every employee, not just those who identify as neurodivergent.

  • Project-based freelance support, delivered through a neurodivergent lens.

I take on select strategy and execution projects where deep focus, pattern recognition, systems thinking, and follow-through matter most.

This work is best suited for complex, early-stage, or ambiguous projects — the kind that benefit from sustained attention, clear ownership, and time to think. I do my best work when I can sink my teeth into a problem, reduce noise, and turn complexity into something coherent and usable.

My neurodivergence shapes how I think and work. I naturally see patterns, question impractical systems, and bridge big-picture thinking with attention to detail. I balance strategy with emotional intelligence, creativity with logic, and momentum with care — cutting through noise while staying deeply human.

With 12+ years of experience across marketing, events, and brand strategy, I bring calm, clarity, structure and expertise to complex work — helping teams move from ideas to systems without unnecessary back-and-forth.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, insightful and focused partner who can take something messy and make it make sense — let’s talk.
